Shooter Kishmala Talat qualifies for Paris Olympics 2024

Pakistan women Shooter Kishmala Talat has qualified for the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024, after bagging a silver medal in the Asian Rifle Shooting Championship, held in Jakarta, Indonesia today.

Kishmala Talat won the silver medal for Pakistan in the 10m air pistol event with a score of 236.3 in the final, while India’s Esha Singh claimed gold with 243.1.

Notably, she also won a bronze medal in the Asian Games last year.

Prior to Kishmala Talat, Pakistani shooters Gulfam Joseph and G.M. Bashir have also qualified for the Paris Olympics.

Kashmala Talat will represent Pakistan in this year’s Olympics in Paris, France

Kushmala Talat will participate in 10m and 25m air pistol events as well as 25m mixed double events.

Meanwhile, star javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem also secured his place in the Paris Olympics during last year’s World Athletics Championship in Budapest.
